How does the Cradlepoint ‘Failover’ work? More
Cradlepoint devices monitor your primary fibre connection. If it detects a failure or even a significant drop in performance (brownout), it automatically switches your traffic to the 5G/LTE network. Once the fibre is restored, it seamlessly switches back.
Can we manage devices across different geographic locations? More
Yes. Through Cradlepoint NetCloud, your IT team (or KHIPU’s NOC) can manage thousands of devices globally from a single dashboard. You can push security policies, update firmware, and troubleshoot issues without ever visiting the site.
