Our KARMA™ Network and Security Operation Centres support customers in over 50 countries including South Africa, United Kingdom, Iceland, Fiji, Thailand and the USA. All support operations and procedures (including escalation) adhere to our ISO accreditations; ISO9001 and ISO14001. Our support services include:
