KARMA™
KARMA™ (KHIPU Automated Remote Monitoring Application), is a pro-active monitoring service that observes all aspects of a mission critical network, system and security environment. It automatically provides immediate identification of problems either before or as they occur, allowing quick action and resolution. It has been developed to ensure optimal service and systems availability, hence its suitability across our entire product portfolio.
A Pro-Active Approach
The KARMA™ service has been designed for networking and security infrastructures, enabling our network and security operation centres to pro-actively monitor, support and manage our customer environments with full backing as required by our manufacturers. Therefore, KARMA™ provides a complete 24x7x365 pro-active support solution.
The following is a sample that the KARMA™ service pro-actively monitors, alerts and immediately identifies any issues within the network and security infrastructure:
- Routers and switches: HPE Aruba, Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco Systems
