SonicWALL offers our customers Firewall, Secure Clientless Remote Access, Email Security, Tapeless Back-up and Content Security appliances. Through recent acquisitions of three companies, SonicWALL has expanded their portfolio from Unified Threat Management FireWall appliances to include:
- SSL-VPN remote access - Following the acquisition of Enkoo in 2005, SonicWALL are now the leader in the SSL-VPN market on number of units shipped globally.
- Email Security - SonicWALL acquired MailFrontier during 2006 and have since launched their portfolio of Email Security appliances that scale up to 5000+ employee enterprises and provide upto 290% faster MTA functionality
- Continuous Data Protection - SonicWALL CDP delivers protection for data stored on servers, desktop PCs and laptops. The solution features secure automatic, disk to disk local and offsite data protection, instant recovery, and central or remote administration capabilities. This functionality helps users raise productivity and reduce costs. The SonicWALL CDP Solution Series comprises four different models scaling from 15 to unrestricted users. SonicWALL CDP solutions are the first SonicWALL-branded products to be introduced as a result of the company's November 2005 acquisition of Lasso Logic.
