Khipu Networks developed KARMA (Khipu Automated Remote Monitoring Application) to improve the level of service we offer our customers.

KARMA ensures our engineers are quickly alerted to issues or potential problems affecting the products we have supplied as well as the integrations we have implemented.

KARMA can monitor and help manage all of the products within our portfolio – and, in addition, KARMA can monitor other third-party devices and infrastructures to proactively identify potential issues and ensure that any downtime or incidents are quickly identified and resolved with minimal impact to users and applications.
